I recently move to Mag 5 building in Dubai South, The entire building is modern, well-maintained, and offers a fantastic environment for both work and leisure. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional security service. A special mention goes to Mr. Umesh, who went above and beyond to ensure safety and a welcoming atmosphere. All is good, but one of the two elevators in the building is always broken. Often the second one also. Currently waiting in front of broken elevator to be fixed so that i can take by 30kg bag upstairs. Terrible facility management... Edit : after confirming that its not gonna get fixed. Taking the luggage via staircase(second pic)

Terrible management. We got elevator maintenance 5 times a year, and it was out of service for more than 8 months; I kept complaining to the management, and like always, they kept telling me we were working on it. This week, the second elevator started to get out of service, and I was forced to use the stairs to the 6th floor; the building management should work on itself because it is a disaster
