I truly wanted to enjoy my stay at this apartment, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. While the view and the pool were lovely, the apartment itself was not well maintained. The refrigerator and washing machine were not functioning, there was no access to cold water, and we were not provided with proper elevator or parking cards, which made the stay inconvenient. We had originally booked for 8 nights, but the reservation was canceled after only 2 nights, and we had to move to another hotel. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I hope the management will improve these issues for future guests.

the place was nice (but a bit small) and they were very responsive to all my queries. just few minutes to burj khalifa. with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. i was just disappointed with the refund of the deposit which was 500AED but they gave me back only 402SR.

1 star – Extremely disappointing stay This was hands down one of the worst stays we’ve had. At check-in, the cleaner was still inside the apartment, so we had to wait despite it being past the check-in time. There was no apology or explanation nor compensation! The apartment is advertised as having a kitchen, but it’s completely unequipped for actual use. There were no garbage bags, no extra toilet paper for the bathroom, no cleaning supplies – not even basic items to maintain hygiene. We had to go out and buy everything ourselves from the supermarket, just to keep the place livable and clean after cooking! The stove didn’t work, the scale delivered to us was broken and there was no cleaning service throughout the stay, this would be an additional €50 just for some fresh towels! Communication with the host was poor and when we checked out, we were told there was no luggage storage available. We were sent to Dubai Mall instead, where we had to pay €40 just to leave our bags for a few hours. To top it all off, in the middle of the night, our shower ceiling started leaking – water from the upstairs neighbors was literally pouring down through the ceiling into our bathroom. Completely unacceptable and unsafe. Overall, this place lacks the basic standards of hospitality. Poor communication, broken amenities, no support, and a complete lack of preparation for guests. I would never stay here again and highly advise others to look elsewhere.

This is really a luxury building even though it is small with only 22 floors, but when you stepped inside you can feel the quality of the whole building, its facilities like pool, gym, sauna, kids area all excellent. It is so nice even to have a both canal and Burj Khalifa views, and even you can walk to Dubai mall with only 5 mins. Living here is really quality based and convenient especially for people who are working in downtown and nearby commercial area.

The security guards and the front desk staff should enhance their efforts in maintaining a 【quiet】and 【safe】 environment during the 【night】. Otherwise, the property management fees would be meaningless. Poor management in such good community.
