It’s been exactly 6 months since I live in this building and I have regrets choosing it.Yes location is good yes design is nice and staff is friendly. HOWEVER the noise from the streets it’s incredibly bad even you can hear it so well on highest floor,you can hear ALL your neighbors, and always there is a new problem either with gas , ac , water leakage, always there is something and it’s way too often . Jacuzzi was broken for more than 4 months,the kids pool as well,and now main pool supposed to be closed for 10 days and they extended for another week and god knows maybe will extend more . For the amount I pay it’s not worth it at all.

Amazing location and great amenities. Dani was very professional and helpful, he always answered all our questions and addressed our concerns in a very courteous manner.

This is really a luxury building even though it is small with only 22 floors, but when you stepped inside you can feel the quality of the whole building, its facilities like pool, gym, sauna, kids area all excellent. It is so nice even to have a both canal and Burj Khalifa views, and even you can walk to Dubai mall with only 5 mins. Living here is really quality based and convenient especially for people who are working in downtown and nearby commercial area.

Great gym and pool. Building is in a convenient location if you don't mind crossing two huge sets of roads and walking under a highway to get anywhere. The elevators are awful.
