Finally there is a gas connection in the building! Apart from that I haven't had any major issues in my apartment (no water leakage, no major AC problems etc). I enjoy living here, close to some parks if you wanna go for a walk, a convenience store closeby, the gym is quite good as well, just some more sun beds at the pool would be great. The security guys are very kind and helpful. One bedroom apartment have an extra storage/study room which is a great option! Life saver :)

Way better than most of the buildings in JVC. Good amenities and very good layout for one bedroom. It’s like a small two bedroom apartment. Not fond of writing reviews but i read some negative reviews here and i think its unfair if i don’t give an honest opinion. Management was very helpful as my parking spot was very narrow and they immediately changed it for me.

Apartment is very spacious with good layout, nice balcony and excellent finishing, with modern bathrooms. Also, I love this building because it has the good facilities, well equipped gym and decent swimming pool. Just next to building we have tailor shop, laundry shop, gents saloon, ladies saloon, supermarket & coffee shop. Management is very quick in addressing your issues 👍🏻

Brand new luxurious building with friendly management.24 hour security and maintenance. Very nice apartment with beautiful balcony view. Super Markets , Restaurants nearby. Im so happy about my decision to take an apartment in Lucky one Residence JVC

Moved in a 1bedroom 10 days ago. Nice apartment with a perfect layout for a small family and good location. I heard there were problems in the building but we took a chance and didn’t find anything negative till now. The only problem we had was apartment comes with builtin appliances so we had to sell our appliances.
