Lucky Residence is an okay place to live. The apartments have a modern and cozy vibe, though they’re definitely on the smaller side. Amenities are pretty basic, nothing to get excited about, and sadly, the lovely Marina views it once had are now blocked by ongoing construction of three new buildings right in front. That also means there’s quite a bit of noise throughout the day. One quirky thing to note: there’s a NOON storage right next to the lobby, so the street is usually packed with delivery riders and bikes. It gives the place a bit of a chaotic vibe downstairs. Overall, it’s alright if you’re looking for a compact, modern apartment and don’t mind the buzz outside.

I am living in this building for past 8 months. I have no complains here whatsoever. The building staff is very responsive, near and clean hallways, air fresheners throughout the building. Haven't seen a single bug in the building. Even though this building is not among new ones but it has maintained it's quality standard till today

Spacious Apartments with maids room in 1 bed apartment. Maintenance is on the spot. Has a rooftop Pool Indoor gym. Table tennis This building is 2 mins walk from the bus stop. It has a covered parking as well has an open parking for guests around it. It has a small mosque at the ground floor. There's also a tea vending machine.
