I am reaching out to file a complaint regarding my recent stay at [WelHome - LOCI Residences] in Dubai, which I booked through your platform. Unfortunately, my experience was far below the expectations set by the WelHome - LOCI Residences listing. I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my stay: 1. Morning Maintenance Noise: The hotel had ongoing maintenance work in the mornings, causing excessive noise that disturbed my family’s rest, particularly for my children. 2. Air Conditioning Issue: The air conditioning unit in my room only operated for brief periods before shutting off, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. 3. Parking Gate Access: I was not provided with a remote control for the parking gate, causing inconvenience as I had to manually access the parking each time. I believe that access should be provided to all guests with parking included. 4. Bathroom Drainage Issue: The water drainage in the bathroom was not functioning properly, leading to water accumulation and discomfort during use. I am writing to request compensation for the inconvenience I have experienced during my stay at your hotel. I have paid for my stay, but unfortunately, this is the second night without a functioning air conditioner in my room. Despite notifying the team about the issue, the problem has not been resolved, which has made my stay uncomfortable, especially given the warm climate. I believe a partial refund or some form of compensation is fair, considering the circumstances.

I agree with all the negative comments about the project, but I would like to share my own experience. Indeed, the LOCI project turned out to be one of the most unsuccessful projects of the LOOTAH Real Estate Dev. due to the mismanagement of the previous leadership :(. I have experience interacting with both the old and new management of the company. Unfortunately, the new leadership has to answer for the mistakes and lack of integrity of the previous employees. My personal experience involves 3 apartments in LOCI, each with completely different problems. The new management and staff, including the legal Nagaty, the collections department – Naji, Nasser, the sales team – Hamza, customer care – Asad, as well as the new general manager Mohamed, resolved all issues in a short period of time. There was one particularly complicated case, in which the company's legal Nagaty and General Manager Mohamed played a key role. The legal Nagaty provided legal advices on all aspects of the transaction, which created a sense of confidence and reliability when working with the new team of LOOTAH. For any matters related to the rights and obligations of the parties, I could always count on their clear explanations and support. Thanks for those people for their work, professionalism, and sensitivity to the needs of clients! This is truly an important and valuable aspect of the relationship with the developer. Unfortunately, I can't give 5 stars, as I must remain honest and acknowledge that the project had its issues. However, I give 3 solid stars to the people in the company who are working hard to correct the mistakes of others and are doing so diligently.
