About the project and area
LIV Marina is a new residential project created by LIV Developers in the renowned Dubai Marina district. The development firm is actively working towards procuring resources, when possible, from top-notch sources to minimize the carbon footprint of this venture. Presently, the exclusive waterfront tower is still under construction and is expected to be completed by May 2025. Purchased a unit in this building. Spaces are well designed and open. Kitchen is modern with great appliances. Building is not too populated which has a more personal feel. Great marina views from my living room and bedroom.

I have been renting the apartment from my landlord since April 2022. After some time I moved in I had molt everywhere on my clothes and shoes. After couple of weeks complaining Liv team finally came to inspect. As per them the grouting in my shower was not good. I mean everything was gone? How come so fast after handing over this building… Until the day of today I have to keep all my closet doors open to let the condense out along with several condense absorbent products (to be replaced once a week minimum). Since a few days my ceiling started having dark spots. For sure this is molt again. Honestly the bad service from Liv developer and using very cheap quality products im just in shock looking at what they sell and how they present themself. I would never go back to Liv.

Recently stayed at LIV for vacation. The apartment is great for families. The apartment was very clean and the furnishings were very nice. The kitchen is nice. The apartment has two showers including one tub, which is great for those with little kids. There is also a gym and playground in the building, which is very convenient. The location is ideal for vacations. It’s located on the marina and JBR/ the beach are also a short walk away (less than 5 min).

I recently bought a 2BR apmnt here. Great location right by the marina, one of the shorter buildings but with modern architecture. Interior quality is good, not exclusive but above average in Dubai. The property offers the facilities you need as a residence. I like it that its a bot smaller and more personal property and no hotel business in the building.

Bought an apartment here about a year ago. Have enjoyed it, the views to the marina are great and the spaces are efficient. Happy to hear apartment prices have increased and returns here seem to be much higher than in Europe.
