I recently bought a 2BR apmnt here. Great location right by the marina, one of the shorter buildings but with modern architecture. Interior quality is good, not exclusive but above average in Dubai. The property offers the facilities you need as a residence. I like it that its a bot smaller and more personal property and no hotel business in the building.

I stayed here in a two bed apartment on a week holiday in Dubai with my mum and it was a lovely apartment. Very clean, came with some toiletries, clean towels, complimentary coffee, tea, water, washing powder for the washing machine and free WiFi. It was a great location right near the Marina and JBR beach so perfect for sightseeing, dining out, and the view from the balcony was lovely. Conveniently beside the metro, pharmacy and supermarket as well. The agent was great, very friendly and responded to messages immediately. We also got gym and pool access. Overall a pleasant stay here.

Maybe one of best buildings in Marina. Close to the beach (5 mins walk), promenade around Marina, restaurants around and quite location. 10 mins walk to Marina Mall. I have apartment on 12th floor with great view. Quite and comfortable, stylish apartment in new building.

I stayed here for a few weeks. The location is good enough that it is far enough away from the noise, but close enough to walk to the station in about 10 to 15 minutes. There is construction going on in the area and so there is noise of breakers / pile driving across the creek. But it's Dubai. Construction noise everywhere. The only point of staying in this building would be to be on the Marina side. If you're on the road side there's absolutely no point in upside to these apartments as it will just be noise. I found the windows to be soundproof from the construction noise. Like many high-rise buildings, you will get occasional smell up from the sewer and bathroom. The first night I stayed there it woke me up gagging it was so bad. But the rest of the two weeks it was very minor. I think lower floors from about 4 to 10 have better views from sitting down, because the higher floors I think you have to go to the window to look, but I'm not too sure I guess it depends. I loved the stay in the building, the corner units facing the marina should have the living room on the corner and not the bedroom for maximum enjoyment of the view. I did find construction to be shotty and cheap in many areas like caulking, like the shower head location too close to the glass, you can tell upon minor examination that a lot of it is not done to a high-quality. It wouldn't matter for staying here a while, it would matter if the price is high for purchase. The built-in washing machine and dishwasher in the cabinet is a really bad idea. The smell from these machines being closed up when wet permeates from under the counter, so I was happy that one of the units had the washer separate from the counter in a different area of the apartment.

HORROBIBLE PLACE AND EXPIERNCE ! I never had such a bad experience as this one, Neverr book It people !! You will arrive there and they will tell you that there is no place anymore after you got there ! I never come back here again its a lie ! And after all that they did a problm to let my luggage there to go mook for another hotel they didn’t give me any fees for wasting my tome on them ! I don’t recommend No one to go there ever ! Its a waste off time and money ! And no one help you you must to fux it all alone !
