Recently purchased an apartment in this building - it's close to both the Marina and the beach which is a perk. It's a more luxury building as the name implies and will come with valet parking which will add a nice perk to daily life. Looking forward to move in...

Building in a densely populated area 24/7 will be so disrespectful. Hope they consider that when they start building and allow residents in the area not to disrupt their daily routine and ruin their peace of mind. Last Tuesday we were woken up at 7am with heavy drilling... The whole area is worried and angry at this developement.
