This building is not worth it. Multiple false fire alarm at any time day and nigh. Air conditioning leak that they cannot repair. 2 out of 3 elevators were broken for 4 months Management is totally inconsiderate of the residents.

Updated post and really important for person who will live in this apartment, especially who are rented from SAMA EMIRATES, ( from person called Giri or other from same company) Anyone who will be renting now when they move out there will be a deduction from their security deposit for no reason even if the apartment has no issue they will CHARGE and take your money and they will say it is mintenance team, I have an issue with Al burj mintenance team as they took from my security deposit when the apartment I lived for 3 years was in great condition and no issue with paint , and there are better and transparent agents for other buildings and better than this area so please try to rent there but NEVER in Leonardo even if it is furnished or not BAD points with the building 1. In the summer always there was leakage. 2. No visitor parking. 3. Construction area.. Too noisy 4. Got manipulated with money value. So be careful when you seek for this area. 5. For the people who are sensitive about the dust, I recommend not to take this apartment yet since it is construction area as it get easily dusty. 6- to much noise 7- ventilation is weak 8- 🚬 smoking smell 9- the construction of this building is bad👎 Otherwise, it is okay

The building started nice but the building management is the worth - fire alarm goes down multiple times per week every time up more than 20 times in a row some times 4:00 am ( and just refuse to fix it) - after they sold all the units there is no longer security person at the towers ( full day without security or front desk) - they no longer clean the pool ( ever since the Covid situation started and it is in state where it can hardly be usable - they take monthly upkeep fees even though the only thing they do is clean the corridors.
