Fire alarm goes off 3 - 5 times a week anywhere between 5am - 6am, because the most incredibly selfish people I’ve ever met who live in the building cooking. I’ve never set off the fire alarm cooking, I don’t know what they are cooking. We’ve complained 15 times, security guards say there is nothing they can do because they own the apartment and they simply do not care. We’ve emailed the developer, everything you can think off. This has been going on ever since we moved in, cannot wait to leave it’s hell.

Living here for over four years, I'm generally happy with the building. It offers more space compared to similar units in JVC, and the inclusion of a store/maid room is a plus. Tenants also enjoy free A/C. However, soundproofing is inadequate, and I can hear neighboring TVs. Cracks on the walls and A/C water leakage in the kitchen area need attention. Overall, it's a satisfactory experience, but improvements are needed for better comfort and maintenance.

We lived in a 1-bedroom apartment with a maid's room, and its size was surprisingly spacious compared to many 2-bedroom units in other buildings in JVC. The environment was generally peaceful, with minimal noise from neighbors. However, the building’s maintenance left much to be desired. The AC was a particular issue: at 25°C, it smelled like drainage and felt like 28°C, while at 24°C, it stopped smelling but felt like 16°C 🤣. The kitchen also had persistent water leaks, and the cockroach problem was overwhelming. Overall, it was a decent year for us, but both the building and the apartment are in desperate need of proper upkeep.
