Very tasty food, especially for those who do not like to eat meat. Really tastes like real chicken or meat. There are many options for snacks, and drinks, they also have vegan ice cream. Definitely recommend visiting this wonderful place

On one side, there are clouds, on the other, lush green fields. A light drizzle falls, and the gentle fragrance of rain-soaked earth fills the air. The Danube building adds to this delightful experience with plenty of features for everyone. For children, there are swings and play areas, while for young adults, there’s a fully-equipped health club and a swimming pool. Alongside these, the building also offers rest areas for relaxation and well-maintained sports fields, providing ample opportunities for leisure and recreation. It’s a space where nature and modern amenities come together to create a serene and vibrant lifestyle.

I had the pleasure of living in this community for two years, and it was truly a remarkable experience. The community is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, reflecting the care and attention given to its upkeep. Naturally, as with any property, wear and tear can occur over time, and occasional issues may arise. However, the way these matters are handled makes all the difference. It's essential to consider how facilities and amenities are used by residents, but in my experience, the management by Stratum was excellent. They were prompt in responding to concerns and took appropriate actions to address and resolve any problems effectively. The overall build quality of the community, in all respects, is commendable. From the design to the durability of the infrastructure, everything has been thoughtfully executed to ensure a comfortable living experience. This star rating reflects my comprehensive assessment of Lawnz by Danube. My deepest gratitude goes to Mr. Rizwan Sajan and all the dedicated individuals involved in creating and maintaining such a wonderful community for us. It has truly been a privilege to call this place home.

We were locked out of our apartment and asked to wait at reception. Security refused because we had our dog with us, threatened us with a AED 1000 fine, and told us to wait in the basement parking — in 45°C heat. Zero empathy, zero basic decency.

Living here for two years. Well I can say it is clean, nice and comfortable place to stay. But the management "security guards" have bad attitude, unfriendly, unreliable, unapproachable and inconsiderate like they are the owner of the Building.
