Delivery was delayed, but I’m very pleased with the quality of the actual product that was completed and delivered to us. It is beautiful, clean, and well equipped with a pool, gym, and other facilties. It also has underground parking, which is rare in this area. If some family looking for a 2bedroom buy or rent, I recommend this cosy and comfortable place

Customer service - Very poor. Their team will only call you for the payment and they will only send reminders for the payment collection. There is no concept of customer service in the company. If there are any customer concerns, it doesn't bother them. Customer will keep on calling and following up with them but they will not solve customer problems and issues. Construction Quality - Very Poor. All the materials used in the building are sub standard bet it Tiles, bath and sanitary fittings, kitchen items.

This is a well managed community. The members here are like family. There is a owners committee that is also formed to take care of issues and escalate them if needed. The facilities are also very good

Being owner and living here, its five star facility gated community with all the amenities active like, swimming pool, gym, jogging track,play area, party hall, 3 courts, sauna, steam, jacuzzi, bbq, theatre, 24 hour security, car parking etc. One of it kind around this area.

The overall experience is excellent. I lived here and they friendly user amenities. The place is well secured. The building is well maintained. Thank you for the wonderful service
