Building is clean, no smells in the corridors, maintenance is always in progress preventing deterioration. its silent, park is just outside, minimarket is just outside and best thing that cooling bills are the best! even in summer with my ac on 24/7 on 21 degrees, I still paid 500-600 max.

I’m happy living at La Residence. While the management can sometimes feel a bit slow or disorganized, they always manage to deliver in the end, which is what matters most to me. Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) is a great location, just about 8 minutes from JLT where I work. La Residence is especially convenient because it’s right at the entrance and exit of JVT, so you don’t need to drive through the entire community to get out. The area is quiet and feels like a proper community, with no high-rise towers or heavy traffic. It’s peaceful, safe, and well-suited for families and professionals alike. I would highly recommend this building. That said, there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to the maintenance team. A stronger focus on building upkeep would make La Residence even better.

Huge regret i have moved to this building, I hope i can cancel my contract asap. Horrible experience ive had with the agency and with the landlord. There’s no more worst experience of moving-in in the building and at the same time the maintenance and painting is happening at the same time. No proper communication and the agency doesnt care at all. Thanks to May at least who helped me a lot on my contract signing. Better get rid of this place. My AC was not working for a week because the landlord havent cleared his final billing. 🤦🏻 Photos taken on the same day of my moving.

I want to like the building but their ventilation is the worst. Whenever the people from neighboring units are cooking / smoking it will smell in your room. Already emailed twice and no response from the bldg mgts end. Not fit for family esp with kids.
