My advice and lesson to learn don’t buy from damac Real story:I bought a unit from damac off plan few years ago , I paid the full amount two years ago as they offered Rabatt for early full payment , at time of handover requested to pay what they discounted!! talked to them , sent email, although they have them themselves, after booking handover appointment earliest was 1 month from the call, I have been told they didn’t approve my payment which was done 2 years ago, and again sent for approval 1 month ago, i went to handover appointment and been told I have to wait until it is approved; when ? no idea, anyway came back with nothing , waiting until manager have time do a favour for me and approve the payment which was already approved with email from the company before and kindly accept to handover the unit that I PAID IN FULL 2 years ago Story to be continued…

The Just Cavalli Villas are much different from the other cluster and are better finished. Moreover it's located close to the entrance and carrefour and in the center of the community near the golf course. You cannot get a better deal for the same price.
