I lived in Damac Hills 2 for 1 year, and it was a challenging experience for me in terms of housing. One of the main issues I faced was related to maintenance and facilities. Despite having three bathrooms, I encountered recurring plumbing issues, with only one functioning properly throughout the year, which was inconvenient when hosting guests. There were also air conditioning problems, as it didn’t cool the house efficiently, and hot water supply issues, with inconsistent availability. Regarding customer support, there is an assistance system, but in my personal experience, responses were often delayed, and it sometimes took multiple follow-ups to get issues addressed. Additionally, the pool took about 10 months to be completed, which meant that I could only use it for 2 months, even though it was initially expected to be ready upon my arrival. Finally, the location is quite far from the city center, which could be a challenge for those who need frequent access to central areas.

Very far and not good the finishing not same what I think until now the project not yet finish swimming pool and other services and they not give the key same time approve

A beautiful place to live at.. free of cost swimming pool and play area for kids is bonus.. very peaceful place
