A getaway from the daily routine to an adventurous trip packed with luxury, cool ambience, and beautiful scenery. The rooms were clean, well designed, spacious with all amenities. They have several dining options for international, Lebanese, Indian cuisine in their 5+ restaurants. The spa was a real treat with privacy for men and women in separate sections. The staff are friendly, smiling, welcoming, knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions you may have about the hotel and its services. My only issue was the noise coming from the connected room. Sound insulation is not that great. Truly recommended for short or long stays for couples or families.

I recently spent my 40th birthday with friends and family at this beautiful Hotel & Resort. We spent a week in one of their 4 bedroom Villas. It was AMAZING. Each room had it's own restroom and there was a private swim up pool that only the villas had access too. The restaurants were 5 star everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is good for kids and has a nice kids club and pool. Other than that the hotel felt over crowded we could not dine in any of the restaurants even though we were on half board basis but apparently the restaurants were too full. The room service was very slow and also the AC could not be controlled in our room on the first night it was freezing cold and then they came and fixed it the next day.

Our stay was amazing here, we loved the attention to detail by the staff. My daughter turned 21 while we where on our stay everyone was amazing, she was made to feel so special during her birthday. The spa is like no other, it is a must. The food and beverage at the restaurants at the Saray, are amazing. The Indian restaurant Amala is a must.

Beautiful hotel, with big and comfortable rooms. It has direct access to the beach and has a nice swimming pool. The spa is amazing and free to use. The breakfast is one of the best that I have tried, and I strongly recommend eating at the Lebanese restaurant, as the food is delicious. It is a pity that we stayed only for 3 days. We will definitely go back there in our next holiday in Dubai.
