Beautiful hotel and rooms have a unique design. The staff are also very helpful and made us feel welcome and assisted us with our requests warmly. The massive spa adds to the experience and shouldn’t be missed out - loved the indoor pools when you want to avoid the heat + amazing breakfast selection! Will deffo come back :)

I had an amazing stay at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. From the moment we arrived until checkout, everything was seamless and the service was exceptional. A special mention has to go to Surya, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. His attention to detail, professionalism, and warm approach made a real difference and left a lasting impression on us. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings and excellent facilities, but it was the service that made the experience so memorable. Thanks to Surya and the team, we felt looked after from start to finish. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Jumeirah Zabeel Saray to anyone visiting Dubai.

Excellent hotel. My second time here. Amala restaurant was my favourite restaurant there. Amazing spa, best I even been to. Would love to visit again and again. Everything was perfect. Reception check in a bit slow, perhaps due to older systems being used. But otherwise all good. Great for families too. Food was excellent at breakfast too. The staff absolutely lovely, especially Pami, she took care of us and remembered small details which made our stay so enjoyable.

From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the beautiful Shakila at the entrance set the tone — her radiant smile made us feel right at home. A special mention to Abhinav, whose exceptional service and kindness truly stood out. Both of them carry such genuine smiles that make every guest feel special. The food was absolutely divine, with an incredible variety to choose from — every dish was a delight. The stunning interior added a royal touch to the entire experience. I would like to start by saying that you truly made my vacation, and it was absolutely amazing. I honestly can’t believe this is my last night at the hotel — I wish I could stay longer and spend even more days here. The warm welcome in the room, with the beautiful flowers, the thoughtful fruit arrangement, the sweet, and the personalized message, truly touched me. The property is stunning and refreshing, and I loved every single detail. Every part of my stay exceeded expectations. The spa deserves a special mention; it was honestly the best spa experience I have ever had. I loved it so much that I went every single day during my stay. I would also like to sincerely thank all the staff for their warm welcome, cheerfulness, professionalism, and outstanding cooperation. I was lucky to experience both the Marina View and the Palm View. The Marina View was breathtaking, with its stunning angle over Ain Dubai — truly a view to remember. Then, when I moved to the Palm View, I fell in love all over again. The spacious room and the peaceful view made it feel very special. For my next visit, I would be happy to stay in a Palm View room, because it felt closest to my heart. Thank you so much for everything you provided and for making my holiday truly unforgettable.
