I usually don’t write reviews — not even after a bad restaurant experience — but after nearly two years living here, I feel obligated to share. The building has serious construction issues: balcony doors don’t seal properly, so you’re constantly dealing with noise and humidity. Elevators are often dirty, and trash can be found regularly on the parking floors and in the garbage room. The worst part: for almost a year now, there has been an unresolved water leak from the ceiling of my bathroom. After nearly 10 visits and a different excuse each time, I had to push hard to even find out the leak is coming from the unit above — with dirty water still dripping to this day. Despite repeated reports, the management showed no urgency, no permanent fix, and barely any interest in helping. I’m now forced to leave the apartment once the contract ends — not by choice, but simply because I can’t live like this anymore.

Fantastic building with cozy apartment design and beautiful finishing. Close to Reem mall and bus station. Large balconies even for studios. I never had maintenance issues and everything has worked well. AC cools very well. Would be nice to increase cooling in hallways but it’s not a big deal as elevator comes quickly. Common areas are very clean. Gym and pool are very nice

Tenant for two years and I went through a lot .. The apartment in the eighth floor but you can hear the shouting of kids from the podium play area. The sliding door for the balcony was damaged. Fire alarm was frequently on... Leaks and humidity issues. The technicians came more than 10 times to “fix” the issues. Always rude and demanding to come and fix. With almost quarterly check ups ( and never actually fixing anything). Someone stole 3k worth of gold and I couldn’t even trace who did it since their visits were so frequent. Also did I mention mold ? Cockroaches and fruit flies everywhere from sinks and left out food in the corridors. Just avoid please.

New building with sub-par materials used. Parking lot is designed is as if wasn't a part of the building design initially, very tight and narrow. Horrible sound and humidity insulation from the window/balcony doors. Floor lobby temperature varies from floor to floor, welcoming mold, humidity and smell. Small lifts for Reem Island standards. Good for 3 people to use comfortably. Management/security have no control over who enters the building premises, crowd of people using public transportation go through the building's ground parking as a shortcut to the other side, despite raising this issue several times. Maintenance team is not competent in resolving issues on first visit.

The stay was wonderful, everything was clean and beautiful. They considered both kids and adults, with indoor and outdoor games for children, plus a pool and a gym. I just wish the price was a little cheaper.
