Management is this building is the worst I raised my complaint many times with literally no action taken. They keep turning off the AC during the day even in Summer and the aisles are so hot all the time with food smell which is unbearable because of the AC issue. When I told them I might not renew my lease because of this issue, Reina’s (the manager) answer was simply it’s up to you. Such a stunning service 😡

I have been living in this building one year and probably the best building I've stayed in as its way way beyond my expectations in terms of standards, quality of finishing and facilities.The apartment have nice layouts and very spacious .The balcony is large and comfortable. Excellent maintenance and so helpful whenever repairs are needed. Security is nice and welcoming. Well located building in JVC . There is no parking issues for guests or my other car. I strongly recommend living in this building .

I don't recommend anyone to rent here, i used to live there and im thanking god that i left it because it has AC issue my last bill was like im renting a mansion or villa , and i tried lots of times to have a discussion with the building management and their response was ( solve it by urself ) , however the ONLY good thing that its near to the town
