I love my place here, super modern, spacious, thoughtful furnishings. Feels really safe. However, the building management isn’t great. The gates to the property don’t work. The lift music is really annoyingly loud and the access card is a pain. Fire alarm constantly goes off. Weird design that you have to walk across the car park to get to the lobby. Security is sometimes annoying about menial things. The lifeguard at the pool is amazing and really sweet. Wish the pool was colder and more clean. Hope this helps explain what it’s like to be a resident here… overall really good foundation but management needs to step up their act a bit

I've been living here since 2023, love the building, well maintained and clean. In the beginning we had fire alarm issues but doesn't seem to be a problem anymore. Please please please put a sign at the gate that parking is for residents only, or a sign that says to press the call button if they do need to get in. It is really tiring to listen to cars honk nonstop at night and day until the guard comes out and explains it to them...

Been living in the building for almost two years! Great Aparment and great amenities but management company does never reply to their emails as I’ve changed my phone and the access’s to the pool, gym and the lift uses an app I have no way of using those amenities

For over 2 weeks I have not been able to use the access card. I have emailed MULTIPLE times, the security do not/can not help. I am honestly very disappointed. I would be mindful dealing with the management in Joya Blanca for their slow and poor service.

* Gym AC is not working properly I’ve been working out for more than 1 year & they’re still not fixing it, They need to teach the cleaner to clean it properly because the smell & sweat from the other people are staying in the gym. (Especially the stairmaster ooofff 🤮) * Maintenance in the room will not come asap since it’s hard to request from the agent. * Fire alarms will ring nonstop any time of the day, sometimes in the midnight 🙄 We will just be shock and be awake. * They’re not giving another copy of access card even you already requested many times via email. * They should open the gym by 6 am not 7 am!!! I have to be at the office at 8 am so this is not convenient on my side.
