The area is good, the building is beautiful, the studio is good… but I'm so tired of this system of getting into the elevator! The app doesn't work! Each time we must stop at the G to say “please, I must go to the 3rd floor”… Isn't there a better system than this to maintain security?! Small tag for example?! It's ok, but this system is so bad.

Very poor experience from start to finish. Security make everything hard work and cause drama. Deductions when leaving the property when not specified in the inspection. Poorly managed and moving out process was far from logical causing lots of stress.

i referred my client to green yard and we got a 1 bedroom there in joya blanca and i will never forget what i told him, i told my client if they keep 50 percent of what they promised in this project your property value would be great well after the handover and we got the keys already and i promise you this is by far the best quality and price point i saw in my life in dubais real estate market and the quality they delivered was out of this world, how on earth were they able to do deliver before time with this quality at that price point. dubai real estate market needs more developers like green yard. and special thanks to Sabry who was always there to help and answer all our concerns

By far the best building in Arjan. The luxurious finishings of the flats, the amenities are 5star, loving the pool area, bbq and tennis court it’s available, and the workout in the gym is never boring as it has the best view. Absolutely love my balcony view as well!!!

Very good residence. The facilities are amazing and the quality of the apartment is impressive. Probably the best residence in Arjan Dubai. Happy owners and happy tenants there for sure !
