Moving out is a nightmare! I applied for an NOC for cooling from Ista, and they kept me waiting for 1.5 months, calling them every 2 days, but no one updated me. even, one day, someone called to ask about my experience, saying my case was closed — when in fact, it wasn’t. After all this time, Ista finally told me my deposit is with Elite (building management) — with no explanation why. I started chasing Elite, and they delayed it even more, asking me to log out of their app and upload non existing documents. After weeks of back and forth, they finally said “okay, upload whatever you have” — which I did. Then they told me it would take 2–3 weeks to refund. I waited again. After 20 days, they came back asking for documents that don’t even exist. Now it’s been over 3 months, and I still haven’t received my refund. Be very careful with the moving out process — it’s a huge headache!

I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The service is excellent, and Mr. Simon is very kind and always responds quickly. The best part is that the check-in and check-out process is extremely easy and hassle-free.

The location is excellent, with easy access to major attractions in Dubai. However, the building could use some maintenance, and the automatic parking door is often unresponsive, which can be inconvenient.
