If your activities are within south of Dubai or going to Abu Dhabi, this community is perfect for you. Not crowded. Have your own car is advisable. Due to the neighboring areas its some kind of dusty in outside.

Too expensive to construct in jebel Ali Hills because area is under DDA and swege connection will cost you 15k. Very far and requires another 10yrs to mature. In short it's total waste of money

Well the area is Soo far .. and the style looks like a mini villas however my studio could be bigger than the 2 floor townhouse lol and there is no gym .. only play ground and small swimming pool and parking for some units is not in front of the unit also some outsiders already could be parking already on your spot .
