⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I purchased my unit at Imperial Avenue in 2023, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The payment plan was one of the best I’ve seen in Downtown Dubai. Truly amazing and so convenient. The location is unbeatable, right in Downtown, and the quality of the building far exceeds other developments I’ve experienced. Compared to some well-known developers, I personally find the finishing and quality here superior. The building services are excellent—the reception is warm and welcoming, and the staff are always helpful. Every time I travel with luggage, they assist me all the way to my unit, which makes such a difference. They even offer valet parking at times, which is a wonderful bonus. The pool is another highlight—open from 6 AM to midnight with stunning views, and the incredible gym & all the sports facilities, including the Dubai Fountain. It’s usually quiet and peaceful, which makes it even more enjoyable. Like any building, there are minor deficiencies, but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, I feel truly blessed and lucky to live here. I’ve even done some renovations, which have made my unit even more beautiful. This is a gorgeous, high-quality building in the heart of Downtown, and I am so happy to call it home. Highly recommended!

I recently got the handover of my home at Imperial Avenue and I’m very happy to see everything coming together. The location is excellent and very convenient, and the project looks just like it was promised. The finishing and design feel premium, and it really gives a sense of luxury. Excited to move in and start this new chapter.

DONT DO IT. ITS HORRIBLE Mounira the DEVELOPERS sales agent SCAMMED ME AND LIED FOR QUICK COMMISON I VIEWED IT TODAY ITS DREADFUL NOTHING LIKE THE SHOW ROOM OR RENDERS DONT DO IT Broken marbles and small windows horrible They said it was Miele kitchen and it’s Smeg So many lies the lobby was so nice in the photos and it looks like something from a council estate. I paid 5 million and it looks like I paid 300 Plastic bath tub when it was Porcelain Bedroom small bathrooms you can’t even use the sinks without closing the door Wardrobes no where to be seen. I will post full videos on the rubbish customer service and building on my socials

Extremely poor quality, developer did not deliver promises such as the expected finishing and design. Sewage smell in hallway that won’t go away, maintenance claim they cannot smell it. Rushed construction with subpar material. Also talked to neighbors and have the same opinions. Will be selling immediately if I am able to find anyone.

NOT being able to register an Ejari to rent our unit, got handover but the unit is vacant as we have been trying and also emailed the developer but we dont have a response...apparently the building is not registered with DLD yet. very nice building and great quality BUT cant rent our unit out for now. would request the developer to HELP with this issue as we have been following up for weeks now. this is not a way of giving the developer a bad review...its us trying to seek their help so we can lease the apartment and NOT lose more money on our rental income
