Alef sales office does not respond they provide no updates. Other projects are progressing but alef has very poor customer service. The Sales manger either does not pick up the phone or messages that someone will send updates. It has been over 3 yrs of payments and the only thing that has been done is mock up 5 bedroom villa. No timelines defined or any proper communication. I know i will now receive an automated copy paste message asking me to send an email to customer services instead of having this issue resolved. When i passed by last week, there was no progress, no construction, no activity happening.

There show villa layout was well planned and the layout was spacious The villa was fully furnished and included a lift However it was just enough for a single person to use. A lift that would accommodate a person in a wheelchair would be more optimal. The villa is presented as a 4 bed villa with a Majlis with its own bath. So basically this villa can be used as a 5 bedroom unit. The villa has smart home features The kitchen comes with all the appliances The villa also comes with a Three car garage . Access from the first floor is a large terrace that extends over the garage The community will have a swim-able lagoon Great connectivity from E611 to Dubai Hayyan community is planning an integrated community with retail outlets mosques etc

Update August 2025: Project is still far from completed. On the website the project update still shows May-June 2025 construction update. Project seems delayed and may not be completed even by Dec 2026. Even the competitors project of 3rd phase in Sharjah is fully booked but Alef seems to lag a lot even though the launch was in Dec 2022 :( Delayed start and terribly delayed handover seems plausible. Update Jan 2025: Promised handover by Dec 2025. No project updates provided by email or telephone by Alef sales agent. Show villa was also ready with delay of several months. Update 1: Call received from Alef customer care only after posting google review and was told there is 70% chance in delay in handover. Hence handover will NOT be Dec 2025. I was also told that it is legally mentioned in the SPA that delay can go to 1 year. Customer care person had no information on the stage of completion or construction progess as he mentioned this information is with project development team.

I'm very sorry about the service. You need to think twice about investing. I even lost contact with all the salespeople here now. The original sales disappeared without exception, and there was no after-sales customer service. Do not contact to invest in any project of Alfe.
