Sobha Hartland Greens is one of the nicest project i have seen in a long time, the location is amazing rite next to Downtown yet very peaceful, the finishes are far better then i have seen with the big name. Its truly worth every penny. I thing it would be one of the best community to live in in few months.

Maintenance and security not up to the mark. People with pets misuse the common area. Rest location wise and construction wise its better than many.

Run! The walls are so thin that you can hear everything that is happening in your neighbors Apartments (next, up, down) you can even hear when they plug their devices. Very bad quality, there is many dogs in the community, it smells awful outside and it is very often dirty. The management is really bad it will take you days to figure out how to get someone to fix your AC if any problem occur.
