Brand new building from Ellington. The quality of construction is superb, and this building comes with most of the amenities like pool, gym, bbq area, sitting area, and kids' play area. This is a low-rise building with extra parking for visitors. The finishing of the apartments is quality finishing. Overall, it is quite peaceful to live in here.

From my experience I do not recommend the quality of finish is not there at least in my residence! The witness piece is a mirage. I have my unit which was delivered in a critical state in particular the bathroom which had to be redone but without success. Broken tiles, sanding, patching up and badly applied silicone seal with holes. After 8 months of waiting, teams of workers came several times and here is the final work... According to the promoter, the current state is tolerable. While I'm still under warranty What a shame!

Nice place to stay if you prefer life away from the busy city. A place with almost everything you need- gym, pool, parks, near shops etc

What a delightful building with gorgeous smells. Customer service and security are so amazing. Super helpful, especially from Alvin and Ganesh. Extremely helpful people with a smile. This is exactly what you need here. They are a tremendous credit to Harrington House. Thank you, Alvin and Ganesh

Best in class apartment. Elington will make dreams come true for everyone. I have no words to express the facility and quality delivered as promised. I also want to thank the facility service provided especially the people such as Alwin and others in here who helped me a lot in moving in. Thanks to Elington and keep up the good work.
