The location and overall development of this building are excellent, as expected from Emaar, one of the leading developers in the UAE. The architecture, amenities, and surroundings reflect the high standards that Emaar is known for. However, the experience is unfortunately let down by the building’s staff—particularly the concierge and security team. Their lack of professionalism and overly strict, at times rude, behavior is disappointing and does not reflect the brand image Emaar has built over the years.I have visited and stayed at other Emaar developments, including properties in Creek Harbor, and the staff there have always been courteous, helpful, and professional. This makes the contrast in service here even more noticeable. A property of this quality deserves staff who are trained to provide a welcoming and respectful experience for residents and guests alike.This specific building would greatly benefit from better training and supervision of front-line staff. Their behavior plays a major role in shaping the residents’ day-to-day experiences. It’s unfortunate that such an outstanding development is being let down by the very people meant to support it. I hope Emaar takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue promptly to uphold their excellent reputation.

This tower has a great location and views, but you will have to live with fire drills at 6 a.m. in the morning that scare you and your family, wife, and kids, potentially damaging your ears. Seriously, it’s so loud, this is very harmful to the ears. It can happen anytime, sometimes without even a warning at least a couple of times in a month. Some of the staff could benefit from proper training as I think there is some lack. I feel like this problem with the fire alarm and staff is some Emaar thing; many buildings have this kind of issue that is not being solved. Also, there is high humidity and low-quality wood used in the kitchen and bathrooms. It just doesn’t feel all that luxurious, unfortunately.

Wow place! They are slow making it a new downtown in Dubai. Though there are teething problems but Emaar are doing all they can to make things happen.

Really horrible building to live in, the amenities are not that good, pool only gets the sun for few hours, security just lets everyone upstairs without checking or asking for ids, the fire alarm goes off religiously every month at like 9 am. If you have kids or pets it’s a super inconvenience. Overall the building is garbage compared to Damac.
