Very low quality buildings in the area with multiple issues including water leaks in the whole building, constant fire alarms and high humidity/mould in apartments. Currently experiencing humidity of 80-90% in our apartment which is causing sickness to the whole family (respiratory issues, coughing, acute chest infection)

This place is so clean and so good for the clergy. It's some worth expensive but has every pleasure you will ever need. Has a free ride from there to Dubai mall and from Dubai mall back. If you are a celebrity with enough money, I will suggest this place for you and your family.

If you’re a fan of weekly or even daily fire alarms which may go straight for up to 15 minutes in the morning or even in the middle of the night, then this building is definitely something for you. Otherwise, I’d recommend you to get a place in a different tower.

Beware of exorbitant prices here for rentals. Building has a lot of water leakage and fire alarm issues. Please connect with residents here (on Facebook group) to know the reality before deciding to move-in

I am living here for more than year now..my biggest problem is the amount of pets and their waste like literally everywhere you go ! Even in the elevators! Living on the front side of the tower means that you can't enjoy sitting in your balcony due to the noise coming from the street .. aah don't forget dogs fights also 🥲 sometimes fire alarms starts for no reason .. actually the view is the most thing you can enjoy
