Fire alarm is truly a torture, it rings every day at least 2 or 3 times, any time, 2am, 6 am, 2 pm... Common areas, especially inside the building are not very well maintained nor clean. A/C , although temperature works fine, it's noisy. Depends on the unit, but the washing machine does not fit in the room and you need to leave the doors open. Pool is okay, gym is new but has the very basic equipments. I wouldn't recommend it, disappointed with EMMAR

The fire alarms go off if you look at them wrong. 3-4 times a day we’re blasted by crazy loud alarms in the apartment, early morning or night. I’ve made several complaints to no avail. The paint on the paper thin walls are coming off as well. The ACs are super loud, you’d think they’re ACs from the 90s. And they don’t regulate temperature properly, sometimes it’s freezing in the room they’re on but then you suddenly wake up boiling in the middle of the night. It’s got a mind of it’s own, again I’ve asked the maintanance team to look at it, which they did and said it’s just the way these ACs are. The windows also give out loud popping noises because of the heat outside vs AC inside. I’ve lived in this country for 31 years, gotta say this is probably the worst built building I’ve ever lived in. Unless you really love the creek harbor community enough to put up with the torture of the building, avoid it. Edit: now there is a pest problem in the building too, we had our own apartment sprayed already but since they're coming from the drains there isnt anything we can do. Complained to Emaar, though they promised to do pest control in the building no action has been taken. Plus the issues in the apartment continue, almost every weekend we have to arrange maintenance to fix leaks and pipes and AC and tiles, it's crazy. Never lived in an apartment this difficult, you fix one problem, another pops up. That and the fire alarms, again last night at 2.30am they went off for minutes. Please please please do yourself a favor and stay away from this building.

A pure shame for EMAAR and Trojan. No quality of construction, no culture. Cheapest possible materials applied in a very wrong way without respecting even the basic processes and procedures. I’m forced to scrap the entire finishing and re-build it by myself, because they did all possible mistakes. Even the MEP is wrong and has to be fixed. As an unfortunate client of EMAAR, I understand that for the money I buy the “community”, nothing else. If you don’t need the nice environment (but check the service fee for it first!) - don’t buy from this developer, the old legendary EMAAR doesn’t exist anymore. Their sales are very good this time, that’s why their quality and attention to their clients is just unacceptable. They just don’t care anymore…

Amazing Tower with Topnotch Ameneties, Best Occupancy rate in Creek Island. Floor Plans are the best just one thing, 2 & 1 bedroom apartments have open kitchen, only 3 bedroom has a closed kitchen, so keep in mind if you're looking to rent an apartment in the building

the fire alarm is not working. it can work early in the morning in your bedroom for no reason. ECM does not respond to these requests
