It is really amazing. The location is good, it's quiet, the park is nearby, the view is good, there's a supermarket, and it's convenient. Atmosphere is good at reception desk, too. Facilities such as pool or gym are enriched, too and can spend comfortably relaxedly.

I like the building, the pool area and the parking. Other than that, I would not recommend this building. The fire alarm sounds DAILY, I've had people park in my spot more then 3 times (no security for entering the parking), gas has turned off and come back hours after more times than I can count, and now after being almost 24 hours without water in the apartment because the building maintenance couldn't seem to fix an issue, they fixed it 10 minutes after I escalated it within Emaar. Very dissappointing.
