Nice community. The BUA are relatively small. The truck noises from nearby construction sites mainly Azizi venice are extremely loud especially at night.

Horrible, honestly. Bought in 2019 with promise to deliver in 2022. Later delayed to 2024 October. And now its been delayed to may-2025. Don’t fall for the emaar name, your money is better spent buying a plot of land & building something with your own design.
