Grand Bleu Tower
About the project and area
Grand Bleu Tower at Emaar Beachfront, a residential project by Emaar Properties, offers a luxury range of 1-3 bedroom apartments and 4 bedroom penthouses in Dubai Harbour. This exclusive collection of branded residences is the first of its kind, designed by Elie Saab in this part of the world.
Grand Bleu Tower is situated in one of the most picturesque beachfronts, and its residential units reflect the incomparable elegance and signature style of the designer. Furthermore, the stunning views of the Palm, sea and sky, along with a glimpse of the parks and promenade nearby, make for a remarkable sight.
If you are captivated by the sea and aspire to live in apartments that are equipped with cutting-edge features, the waterfront homes certainly meet your needs.
In addition to these, the architecture of the building is inspired by the 1930’s Miami Art Deco District, thus presenting residents with comfortable homes. As for the penthouses in this residential tower, the luxurious ambiance and chic interiors exude an aura of grandeur and sophistication.
There is a whole world of opportunity awaiting your exploration. Just step outside your home and you will come across a variety of entertainment and leisure opportunities. Moreover, you can revel in the sights and sounds that will be sure to charm you.

Terrible attitude of the staff towards new guests. I lived here for 4 months, and every single day the reception drove me crazy. Now I’ve moved back into this building, but the attitude is just awful. My manager has already added me to the building’s database, yet they still refused to let me in. I won’t even start on the design of the shower hose in the apartments. But this attitude is just terrible — as if they’re running a presidential residence here. Special thanks to Muhammad Qasim for completely driving me insane. Awful, simply awful. It’s just so absurd — I arrived tired, with groceries and my belongings, and because of this ridiculous system that no one even understands what it’s protecting, I ended up stuck outside for over two hours. All because, without an agent, I can’t enter the apartment I’ve already rented and paid for, with my booking confirmation and my details already in the Emaar system. Maybe Emaar will take responsibility for my spoiled salmon steaks and meat? And also for my completely ruined mood, wasted time, and shattered nerves. Not to mention the extremely inconvenient parking ramps. I urge all residents and neighbors not to remain indifferent and to speak up about the problems we’re facing. Just like me, I’m sure you also find this whole situation unpleasant, as well as the excessive number of unnecessary access cards. When you come home late at night with bags of groceries, you can’t even get to your apartment on your own because you have to unlock a thousand and one doors just to get from the parking lot to your home.

To fix the AC you have no choice but to contact the building servicemen as the AC is central. Yet the servicemen don’t do anything. The AC is very weak and gets you to a minimum temperature of 25 degrees during day time and the humidity is 80%. Here is a timeline of trying to fix this issue: - first 6 weeks: schedule an appointment for servicemen to come. They come, pretend to fix it and say tomorrow it will be better and then leave. Next day no changes so you call them again. They come again, pretend do fix and nothing gets fixed. This goes on daily. - the following 4 weeks: you raise a request and they don’t even come. They just close it out as completed. So you raise a request and no one comes. Then the customer service line calls you to follow up and ask if the issue has been resolved. You say no, they say in that case we will schedule another visit, they schedule another visit - and no one comes. Due to this the apartment contents are rotting from humidity, book pages are curling up, walls are starting to crack, and it’s only a matter of time when there is mould. I also have health implications from this high humidity: elevated blood pressure, heart palpitations, cough, chest pain. I pray someone from the management team reads this to resolve the issue
