WORSE BUILDING EVER. IF YOU WANT TO LIVE PEACEFULLY PLZ DO NOT RENT APARTMENT HERE. ALL THE TIME LEAKAGE ISSUES. ALL THE TIME MAINTENANCE ISSUES. POOR QUALITY. ALL THE TIME YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES AND IT MAKES UR LIFE HORRIBLE . BELIEVE ME. I REPEAT DO NOT RENT APARTMENT HERE.

I know there is no point in writing this because Damac don’t actually take action on improving anything just say they do but I rather save anyone else who would dare to think about moving here! To start with the front desk receptionist Maya should be immediately replaced with a professional and approachable receptionist I have never come across someone with so much attitude as if her job isn’t to help residents. I have already read another review agreeing with this and still nothing was done. The night security guards are so polite even they could do a better job than her they’re happy to greet you help with opening the doors every time all the service you should be receiving upon entry each time, such a shame they’re not there in the day instead your greeted with misery and attitude by Maya most the time. The level of noise you hear is ridiculous from screaming babies and children running up and down the corridor even though there is a kids play area downstairs. There is no use going to reception because no one will do anything about it. Altogether the apartments feel like you’re living in a cardboard box and you hear every sound possible from the water trickling through the walls or upstairs banging on the floor or your neighbours baby screaming 24/7.

If you are smart enough, do not move into this building! Have had smell issue from my neighbours cooking 1 am, raised complains since I moved in, and it is just struggle and nothing else. If you like food smell from neighbours, don´t wait, move in immediately. Just be prepared of heavy smell in your whole apartment, and waking up to smelling sheets and flat. The worst and really WORST place I have stayed. Maintenance and service is zero. Not to talk about the quality of the building. Low quality.

Very nice building over looking Golf course, fountains. The pool is amazing spically at sunset time , nice small size gym , jacuzzi, steam room. 2 Supermarkets are just a walking distance. Damac hills itself is a very lovely place fishing lake , horse ridding facility, parks , tennis courts , Paddle, football and handball.

I received a call from an "agent" as I wanted to visit the flats to move there. The person was so arrogant. Talking with an arrogant way (making me feel like if I am begging for a place to live in)... Any question I asked, I received a reply with negative tone, I have never seen such arrogance.. and in the end, the person ended the call without even answering my last question. Extreme politeness! This attitude made me decide for a big "NO" for that place, even if I didn't visit it yet. (The reviews of people here also encouraged me to even not try with a different agent, as I saw how they are suffering with the management as well).
