A very pleasant and peaceful new community. Has amazing views and very serene, perfect for families. However it lacks the groceries, and basic amenities. Also ordering food is very difficult cause the security sucks, u have to Register at block A and then go back all the way to other blocks, not all blocks have reception as of now. Which is killing the positive vibes of this amazing community.

If you own EV never consider, Emaar turns off charging stations when they feel like it, tenants with EV cars never respect their designated charging time. Look elsewehere

Very nice place. Calm environment. Minimum air pollution. (Waterproofing inside apartment toilets is poorly done)
