The place is coming up really well. Classic EMAAR layouts and finishes...always upto the mark. This place has good entry and exit...Good views overall...you can see the upcoming golf course from nearly every flat. The place was fully functional with its swimming pool/ gym etc ...other amenities are coming up...it's 5 min drive from the new dxb airport...

Close to DWC Airport, quiet place, nice view, not overloaded with a buildings. Less facilities around. Has market, laundry, cafeterias nearby. Good place for those who doesn't need active city routine.
