The only advantage of the building is its location - next to metro. The rest is very bad! This building is full of cockroaches. Issues with AC during hot summer. My apartment smells horrible because of neighbours cooking every day! No aroma candles can help it. Amenities are poor. Don’t recommend this building.

Nice furnished apartments to live, good amenities and close to the Metro. only downside is currently alot of construction around therefore loads of extra dust. avoid the 1st floor apartments if possible as the pool and gym is on this floor and is very busy.

It has been three weeks since I moved in, and I have been trying to reach out to various people including the security staff and maintenance personnel regarding an unresolved issue. I have also sent an email , but unfortunately, I have not received any response or update so far. This lack of response is quite disappointing, especially considering the reputation of your esteemed group.
