It is very humid inside, the building is not protected from moisture, there is a lot of mold. The sewer is poorly designed, only 2 years old building and already clogged and bad smell throughout the apartment. The gym is small at lunchtime, it is impossible to work out, the sun heats the glass and it is very hot. Children run into the gym and jump, play with simulators, security does not follow this, I try to somehow survive until the end of the contract. I do not recommend anyone to live in this house.

Make sure the agents you are dealing with are legit and under an actual agency/company. So many fake agents there who are very incompetent. We dealt with this agent named "Afsheen" and she's so unorganised and sorry to say, very incompetent.

Beware and avoid this building. Developer made mistakes in construction, therefore, each and every apartments having leaking water inside the wall. And maintenance do not care. Dirty, hight chiller bills is smallest problems you will face

If only I can rate Negative 100 stars from this building, it would be great. Maintenance does not exist and they claim that its chiller free but in the middle of the contract the Landlord suddenly let us pay for the chiller. I will never renew our contract ever again and never to stay to any Danube Properties. Looks good from outside but inside the unit and maintenance sucks.

BEWARE - Living here for a year and it's been a torture to call anything less. This "new" building has so many issues that every day something breaks or stops to work. Over the year I have complaint more than 30 to 40 times. For AC issues alone it's been more than 15 times. The maintenance team is non existent. The maintenance coordinator guy is a waste of oxygen. They removed the complainant forms and ask to contact directly but when you do then there is no response. Does not pick the phone or acknowledge the WhatsApp. I have never seen such a horrible management. The only good thing is my tenancy is over in a month and I can't wait to move out. Never staying in a Danube property ever again.
