Disaster with DAMAC! I contacted DAMAC on 26/08/2025 and received zero response. Their total negligence turned a simple issue into a huge disaster and financial loss. Today I walked into my apartment and found it in this shocking condition (see photos). This is the reality of DAMAC: useless staff, careless management, and no respect for clients. If you care about your money and peace of mind, stay away from DAMAC!

I went there for viewing 7 or 8 apartments, most of them had crockeries, even in corridors and lobby, i told the agent she said that we will pest control! But I don’t it could be helpful

Only 1 lift is working, we need at least 15 mins to deliver one order, also security is very rude, think about delivery guys, after all they are human and they deserve respect, even pets and dogs are allowed by general lift but delivery guys not

Update review : NO ONE CONTACTED ME!! You can damage people's health and even endanger their lives! I want to express my deep disappointment with the management's handling of an emergency maintenance issue. Despite my urgent requests, no assistance was provided in a timely manner. As a result, the ceiling in my premises unexpectedly collapsed, causing extensive damage to my personal belongings, including valuable perfume and makeup worth over 10k. The lack of immediate action is not only concerning but also poses a serious threat to the safety and well-being of residents. Thankfully, I was not in the shower at the time of the incident; otherwise, the consequences could have been disastrous. This incident has left me feeling scared and anxious about potential accidents. It is essential for the management to understand the gravity of the situation and take immediate steps to ensure prompt maintenance response and prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Thankfully, I am alive, but the potential consequences could have been dire. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to prioritize the safety and security of residents. Thank you for your attention to this matter

I don’t understand why they don’t care about us there always 1 lift working they have 36-37 floors this waste our time a lot I always seen there’s 1 lift working why aren’t we are just wasting our time Please I only come sometimes there we my brothers waste there time on these things mostly waiting 10mints for only one lift Please solve this immediately
