You can damage people's health and even endanger their lives! I want to express my deep disappointment with the management's handling of an emergency maintenance issue. Despite my urgent requests, no assistance was provided in a timely manner. As a result, the ceiling in my premises unexpectedly collapsed, causing extensive damage to my personal belongings, including valuable perfume and makeup worth over 10k. The lack of immediate action is not only concerning but also poses a serious threat to the safety and well-being of residents. Thankfully, I was not in the shower at the time of the incident; otherwise, the consequences could have been disastrous. This incident has left me feeling scared and anxious about potential accidents. It is essential for the management to understand the gravity of the situation and take immediate steps to ensure prompt maintenance response and prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Thankfully, I am alive, but the potential consequences could have been dire. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to prioritize the safety and security of residents. Thank you for your attention to this matter

I completely don't understand why this building needs security and administrators if they don't do anything. There will be zero reaction to any of your complaints, and they will answer all questions saying it's not within their competence. Even if people nearby organize criminal activities and disrupt the entire building, violating all Arab laws, the administration will remain indifferent. I don't recommend this building for long-term living plans.

Building maintenance and cleanliness is worse. Third floor parking door handle is broken for 3 months now.. you need to use your nails to pull the heavy door. This is the Damac Luxury!!

The worst building and management ever. I moved one and half month ago, and having a very bad smell issue in the apartment from the beginning. I contacted around 50 times (not joking) DAMAC… the building maintenance team are not professional at all especially the supervisor who was playing with me and my time. They never respected one visit slot, they always tell me that they will come and they never come or they come after I call DAMAC. I’m very surprised from DAMAC as well, I was thinking it was a professional and serious company but not at all. Customer care is 0, they only know how to open requests and even the managers don’t call us when we asked (2 requests are currently open because I want to talk to a manager, it was supposed to be handled in 2 days max……. It’s been 2 weeks I’m waiting) DONT THINK TO RENT IN GHALIA DAMAC, I am trying to escape from it and I don’t know how!!!!!!! Worst decision ever, you should boycott DAMAC and this building. Not serious nor professional people.

WORST MORNING SECURITY EVER!! a bad experience! The MORNING SECURITY (THIN guy) is the one who decides and over power the receptionist. VERY BAD ATTITUDE (security ). the owner sent an email to the reception for the viewing but no one replies, so we thought that everything is okay for the viewing, then the security did not allow us to enter because of other documents. If there is some documents missing, THE SECURITY SHOULD REPLY TO THE EMAIl replying that there are some documents missing as HE IS THE ONE WHO DECIDES who will let him in. He is very RUDE, THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at ALL. tHEY SHOULD not hire this kind of people. WHAT A TERRRIBLE SECURITY GUY.
