Visited an apartment here and had a surprise with 2 cockroaches in the fridge while the apartment doesn’t seem to be inhabited ever. The building seems to be delivered not so long ago, but it already looks old from the outside. It’s currently in the middle of other construction sites, and there doesn’t seem to be lots (or any?)of people living inside. And the quality of the floor, the cupboard, window and everything inside are just mediocre. You can still try your luck with one of the apartments but maybe there are better buildings in the region. And you can see that many of the 5 stat reviews come from people who are like real estate agents

Lived in this building for one year and we absolutely loved it until the construction around and the noise resulting from it became progressively harder to handle. The overall quality was better than your average Dubai building and we never had any issues. Also, we loved that there were not so many residents in the building: no noise and more chances to enjoy the pool and gym. Not sure what the building looks like now, but we enjoyed our stay there.

Not sure why some of building outside lights are always not working and its posing a very cheap look. I suggest you either fix all of them or dont switch them on at all. Owners association should do sth about it in case the facility contractor is not. Its also not appealing for buyers or people interested to rent. The building is still new and this is making it look like its 10+ years old. I will be posting/adjusting this review if i see progress in few weeks time.

This is undoubtedly one of the best residential buildings in Sobha Hartland. The build quality is top notch, and it’s an extremely well taken care of property.
