Visited an apartment here and had a surprise with 2 cockroaches in the fridge while the apartment doesn’t seem to be inhabited ever. The building seems to be delivered not so long ago, but it already looks old from the outside. It’s currently in the middle of other construction sites, and there doesn’t seem to be lots (or any?)of people living inside. And the quality of the floor, the cupboard, window and everything inside are just mediocre. You can still try your luck with one of the apartments but maybe there are better buildings in the region. And you can see that many of the 5 stat reviews come from people who are like real estate agents

One of the quickest purchases in my life! It all started from seeing an advertisement for this building on Instagram. At first, I thought it is another off-plan. However, it appeared to be a ready-made building with many facilities for children, amazing interiors, and green spaces, it is also 15 min away from DIFC where I work. So, I am closing the deal now to move into the building soon. Can’t wait!

Love this area, one of the few that suit families. It is quite calm compared to Downtown, there are several schools, and green spaces, highly recommended
