Bedroom with sea view perfect, 3 different pools (one for adults only, one for families and one for kids) with very good service. Freshly cut fruits by the main pool. Many restaurants we couldn't try, we'll keep that for next time . We enjoyed the evening buffet with our halfboard package (for a reasonable price considering the 5 stars ). Less attractive : the extra dry pain au chocolat and croissant . And some areas under construction ( or most probably ruined by the weather from last week)

The building is iconic & all apartments are ready to move in. I have been there dosens of times. Apartments are spacious, fully furnished and equiped, including everything that can be needed in the household, soundproof, Developer: National Investment Corporation (NIC) Number of units: 128 - Ready to move in Floors : 35 Starting Price from : 1.6M (upon request) Prices & Sizes: (Update 13.01.24) 2BR | from 110,58 sqm - AED 1.6M 3BR | from 370 sqm - AED 3.6M Service Charges : AED 35 sqft (as for now water and electricity included - due to one meter in for the building, later to be changed.)
