When you need to view an apartment, which in my case did not match 1% of my expectations, they would tell you that you need to make a deposit of 50,000 aed. I was lucky to deposit 10,000. They told me the money would be refunded within 7-20 days. I contacted them over and over to get the refund, i went to the office, which cost me not only money and gas but also energy and Time. I contacted Damac so many times my deposit back which was deposited on May 19. Today September 6 and I am still waiting. I contacted their call center, their staff, I wrote emails in vain. I am still waiting. 4 months to refund. They drained my energy. Look at their reply below: contact us as if they do not know ai already did dozens of times. What happens after you contact them: NOTHING. It is company policy to delay the payment. No one can do anything. Waiting for a divine intervention. Oh, BTW, if you take them to court, you might need to wait more and waste more of your time.

Construction is ongoing everywhere around the building. It's inconvenient because there's nowhere to walk here and I can't cross the street. It's also hazardous because I can only walk on the road where I was almost hit by a car, not once. So I'm pretty dissatisfied, and I'm hoping that the construction around the building will be completed soon and that you are constructing a walkway for your residents to stroll since there is nowhere to go; I can't even reach the nearest supermarket. You make it extremely difficult to live here. Pathways, not gardens, are required for residents!

Executive Bay consist of two towers A and B , A is residential and B for officesl, the location is good but unfortunately no parking for visitors and offices staff.
