The only reason to give one star (or even none if there was an option) is because of the management. They claim to have the residents best interests I mind but they run the place like trash. There's a roach infestation where you see them running around in the lobby and the garbage room (which end up entering the apartments on the ground floor) and the corridor always smells bad. It's been months since the parking gate has been fixed. Some of the security think no end of themselves and aren't trained on how to respond to the tenants. They are also intrusive and if god forbid you live on the ground floor next to the reception, you will be harassed for the smallest of things (I was vacuuming in my apartment and the security claims I was drilling and wanted to see what exactly I was doing inside the apartment). Almost every day we hear someone outside yelling at the reception, because no one here is happy with how the place is run. They post notices on your door for final warnings of "violations" with no proper discussion or communication of what the issue was in the first place. If you ever need anything fixed in the apartment and hire external companies, they require you to fill out a work permit which could take up to 3 days to approve and if it's not approved, you need to file for it again. So image you have some major leakage or other issues but can't have it fixed unless the "management" approves of it. They claim to have free maintenance to check your apartment but if anything needs to fixed, they say they don't have the parts and that I would need to purchase the items myself. One of the WORST management I've ever come across in all my 30 years of living in Dubai.

Quite place, good surroundings, with good security facility for each Damac building. Maintenance of each individual apartment should be done thoroughly and properly.

Worst place to live in jvc , company doesn't care for any of the tenants concerns , nor complaints , emirates gardens is the most noisy place , specially at night, allowing shops to stay till 4 am gathering people under balconies , car horns , laughing , shouting, annoying like hell.
