Please and please make sure you check the place before investing you hard earned money. I bought villa with Emaar and have so many issues and Emaar is not taking any action. I have water leaking in electrical junction box , it happend 4 times now . There is big blast every week follow with fire and smoke. I have raised 50 complaints, made more than 100 calls. They are sending non professional people who does nothing. Doors are not closing , they fix it after 3 days back to square one. Walls are cracking , it is just 2 month. The rain water is flooding all bed rooms , exhaust system doesn't work , it smells bad all the time. If it rains , water is entering from main door , leaking from walls . In last 2 months I had so many people from maintenance team ( which is emaar but 3rd party) with no solution. I am frustrated and disappointed with my decision of buying Emaar property. Worst decision. Please don't go with name , think wisely and save money.

Parkside 3 is new emaar project. Most of villas handed over. Best place to live in this gated and safe place. 3 & 4 bedroom villas have a nice look, swimming pool, community centers, children park area , walking tracks facilities available.

Moved here few months back and I love it very quiet community,the villas are abit small and not many shops around but I like the peaceful atmosphere
