Elvira is a no brainier, as Dubai Hills Estate has already marked and earned respect like no other community in Dubai, Elvira is another feather to this iconic green city. It will always stand out from the rest of its surrounding buildings for its layouts, views and architecture. My personal favourites are the townhouses stitched to the park below and the stunning duplexes. Waiting to see once it’s finished!
