Emaar built very poor quality houses. The quality of finishing is extremely low. Within a year, the new apartment began to fall apart. The boilers were all leaking. The apartment became covered in mold over the summer. When it rains, water leaks from the ceilings and windows in all rooms. In about 30 minutes, a bucket of water is filled in each room. I had to change the furniture. The fire alarm is constantly on. The quality of sound insulation is terrible. You can hear your neighbors. You can also hear construction at night. It's impossible to sleep. There are always not enough sun loungers on the beach. They are constantly covered by people who do not live here. You only have to use the pool. The toilets on the beach are also not working all the time. The staff likes to close everything at 4pm and leave. There are days when the toilets don't work at all. In general, the price quality is a complete mismatch.

I have 3 apartments in beachfront. Renting less than a year, all apartments mold, calling emaar for maintenance but they are not coming. Low quality low service!
