I and my Friend we bought 4 Apartment in *ELYSEE* last year. We Bought 2 in upfront paid and 2 posthandover payment plan and the things were going well and I always paid my instalments at time and never be late but when I paid last payment of July and August instead I have miss understand instead of 2% in July i paid 1% and August I pay also 1% instead of 5% i paid and I understand is my mistake but however we never get any email and any further notification that we will have penalty. We called them for handover the have informed us that we have to pay penalty with my payment receipt , I have received penalty almost 25,000 DH and when I saw I was shocked and I went to them office several times to fixing the probleems the never takes us seriously and the wanted us to pay several instalments upfront and the were not willing to even talk to us and there an acountant Manager His name Is Santosh he is been very rude and never willing to help and asist us. All his colleagues telling that he is an very rude and not willing to understand his clients needs. And Mr. Santosh was providing hard copys of email recipes with fake email address that he trying to shown that he have sent us emails which is each and every things he was saying is wrong. And they not even provide my payment receipt and keep , Our Sale agent was Mousa and he was keep running away and never helped with anytings. Please very becare full with this company and please ask all your right with proof in writing and don't trust them at all. Very much disappointed and Never ever will buy from them and never recommended to any one buying from this developer.

We heard from friends who bought apartment and without any notice they are giving 15,000-25,000 AED penalty for late payment or some kind of reason. After check other reviews management dont care about anything, finding any reason to give penalty for their clients No need to reply to this review with useless answer, we couldn’t find your name in our records bla bla bla

Don't trust them at all. They promised me many things and when i signed all the promises disappeared. They just want to take my unit back i went there to arrange the payment they accept and the days after but they refuse all the options. i have to go to dld now.

Extremely upset for having investment here!! They are charging high rates for such apartments, where they used cheap quality of materials !!! While materials used in seasons community is far more good and better than this new so called Luxury apartments. Don’t be fool by pics they are sharing in social media for branding!!! In reality its fare more different!! Although didn’t found any angle of such building Luxury. While dealing for finalizing the rate of apartment, they didn’t informed for highly amount of admin fees!!! They are very disrespectful to customers!! 1st they will chase you, once agreement done.... they totally get changed!! And start misbehaving attitude and will not to listen to customers!!
