We recently purchased our first offplan property in Dubai with Ellington. Dubai’s real estate market can be tricky with agents and sales representatives overpromising but ultimately underdelivering or not delivering at all. Not with Ms. Seren from Ellington, it took us several months to make our final buying decision. Seren guided us from our initial call until we signed the deal with the highest level of professionalism and transparency. Event it took us some time to decide, she would never pressure us and helped us to find the best unit with patience. It was never a sales like approach, she acted more in our interest and consulted us in the best way. I fully recommend Seren and Ellington. Thanks again!

I recently visited the office and talked to many people, but no one was able to help me except Amal, she was very prompt in resolving our request. We needed to get the NOC very quickly in order to close the deal. Because of her received this in 2 days. She was always available and very polite, and if you have any questions, please contact her.

Please be aware of fraudulent activity on Bayu by by Elington ! I recently discovered that my apartment was listed on the platform without my knowledge or authorization. The photos used were of my property, which has been rented out for the past four months, and at no point did I provide permission for these to be published recently. This unauthorized listing has caused unnecessary disturbance to my tenant and raises serious concerns about the verification process of properties being advertised on Bayut. I am not even sure where was price or pictures taken without my knowledge!

We have been trying to obtain the NOC for resale from Ellington for over two months, and unfortunately, the experience has been very frustrating. We work with multiple developers across Dubai and have never faced such inefficiency in the resale process. The customer service is extremely slow and inconsistent. We already paid AED 5,250 for the NOC during the off-plan stage. Now that the building is ready, instead of issuing the NOC promptly, they are asking us to pay another AED 500 and resubmit documents we’ve already provided. When we explained the situation, customer service asked us to send yet another email confirming that the earlier payment was made. Too many unnecessary emails and delays. It seems there is no centralized or organized system in place. Each time we speak with a representative, we are told something different. While the build quality from Ellington is excellent, the customer service falls well below expectations for a premium developer. Dubai is a dynamic and fast-moving market — this level of service simply doesn’t fit. We truly hope Ellington will improve its resale process and customer support going forward.
