Stay away for your health and safety! We have been living here for three years and the place is going to shambles. There has been a water leakage last year and since then the place is full of black mold. Regular tenants have been moving out and now most apartments are Airbnb. There is zero maintenance. The sunbeds never get cleaned. Please don’t swim in the pool. The water is full of animal excrements. The exterminator is a regular guest here. We have left and now my daughter’s asthma and allergies have considerably improved. We think it had been linked to the mold in Ellington.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST. The common areas are full of bird feces and animal excrements. Feces is floating in the pool. Absolutely unhygienic. Kids are getting sick and needed to be hospitalized. Cockroaches allover the common areas. When you ask maintenance staff for help they make excuses they need to take budget approval from management to clean the area. This has been going on for months. All common areas are empty now as they are absolutely unusable.

Dear Dt1 properties .I m a delivery person.when I enter the building I have something to delivery I use the service lift .when I coming back I use the Normal lift I don't have any trolly or anything in my hand .so when reach down the security yelling me like I am some kind of human .we are also human being why you people look us a different eyes

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!! The building looks nice however there are a lot of hidden issues: 1. lights keep flickering although repaired multiple times (my guess is that something with the electricals was done wrong when built) 2. toilets block all the time. we requested repair but after just a few days blocked again... 3. there are water marks on the roof coming back after supposedly fixed 4. there was a cockroach in our flat after pest control done in the building which is not a good sign as it means they are coming out due to the treatment In addition, the management team is incompetent and they are not addressing issues. 1. They came 8 times for the lights. 2. When fixing the toilets they did not put back the screw so the toilet top is moving around. 3. The sunbeds are all dirty and apparently we are not the only residents complaining but they are doing nothing. 4. They did window cleaning when residents were at the pool. Water with dirt was splashed on all the towels, including my phone left on the sunbed (we told the pool team but they just laughed)
