I’ve spent two fantastic years in this duplex apartment and it’s been an absolute delight. The building’s quality is top-notch with a clean and luxurious environment. The building is very good and clean compared to the average of the JVC area,with polite staff. The huge problem that unfortunately outweighs the positives is that you feel like you're living in a playground! Constantly hearing children's voices, balls, scooters, hits on the walls, and crying from early morning until late at night! Unfortunately, the management doesn't care and does nothing to address this exhausting situation, as well as the parents of the children as they have become accustomed to this huge playground!

1 and a half years after handover the apartment is falling apart. I thought ellington makes good quality in the building and materials but obviously not. The worst thing: the door is kind of falling off the wall. Also the walls have cracks. The grout is coming off in many places and the balcony colour is falling off too. Just like that. After 1 and a half years only ! Since they only give 1 year warranty and refuse to do something about it now, you’re stuck with everything they did wrong on your own cost. Better to buy a place that’s already broken because then you get it cheaper, as this one where you pay more but then you have to fix anyway. Why 3 stars but not 1? Because everything else is fine. The Design is still beautiful. Especially the security and people are alright and nice.

if you are looking for a peaceful, respectful community which is well managed, then this is not for you. The concept is great but the playground is widely misused. Ellington made a big mistake building a playground 3 meters from the bed space. parents, not all but majority, in Belgravia 3 leave their children outside from moment school is out until they are forced by security back past 9pm. large number of kids roaming around with no supervision with constant screaming and crying. The community does not follow the common area rules which demands adult supervision. same for the pool area you can get constant screaming which seems to be a common culture for the building. The parents don't educate their kids to follow the rules but abuse the area which is meant for everyone enjoyment by using it as a 24/7 day care while they do whatever they want far away from their kids.
