Great Investment as far as ROI is the main concern. Overall a well managed and hastle free building. Very good apartments for renting both short term and long term. decent gym, sauna, pool, jacuzzi and children play area. good guest experience

One of the best building in this area. Very well maintained and good quality. Prices are pretty decent . Pros: 1) Prime area and very close to everything , few minutes away from dubai mall and Burj khalifa 2) New building and very well maintained by maintenance company 3) walkable to metro station and has a bus stop 4) has all amenities inside Cons: 1) Too many units 2) Located in busy area

If you wanna GET HIT BY FALLING STONES from neighbour construction site - come and swim at ELITE TOWER BUSINESS BAY TOWER. NEVER SWIM IN THIS BUILDING I have just came from hospital after getting hit by the stone!!!
