We visited EL&N DIFC as a small group of women for a gathering and absolutely loved the atmosphere! The space is beautiful, the desserts and coffee were amazing, and the staff were so welcoming. It was the perfect place for a cozy and creative afternoon we’ll definitely be back soon ☕🍰✨

EL&N Café Dubai – Festival City Branch Instagrammable? Yes. Worth the hype? Absolutely not. Would I visit again? No. As someone who has visited many cafés across Dubai, I had high expectations for EL&N given its online buzz and visually stunning interiors. Unfortunately, the experience was a major letdown. Let’s start with the ambience – yes, it looks pretty from the outside and is clearly designed to be Instagram-worthy. But take a closer look, and you’ll see dirty couches and worn-out seating. Not what you'd expect from a place that sells itself on aesthetics and "luxury café" vibes. Food & Drinks: Red Velvet Matcha Latte (45 AED): 0/10. This was by far the worst matcha I’ve ever had. Tasteless, watery, and completely underwhelming. Honestly, Costa’s matcha is much better – and that says a lot. Café Latte (27 AED): 4/10. Just okay. Definitely not worth the price. Cheese Croissant (15 AED): 5/10. Decent but nothing special. Tastes like something from a supermarket bakery. Pulled Salt Beef Hash & Eggs (70 AED): 4/10. Severely overpriced, bland, and shockingly, there were insects around the food. That was the final straw. Service: Our server, Bianca, served us around 10:30 AM and seemed completely uninterested. No smile, no warmth – it felt like we were bothering her just by being there. For a brand that positions itself as premium, customer service was non-existent. Final Verdict: This place is all about the look, with zero substance behind the scenes. It’s painfully overpriced, the food quality is poor, and the service is below standard. Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures on Instagram – it’s not worth your time or money. There are far better cafés in Dubai that offer both great food and service without relying on just their interiors. Sadly, EL&N Festival City is all style and no substance.

Beautiful decor and seating, the vibe is so pretty and inviting. We had the business lunch which was great value. The food was delicious. However we wanted to swap out the fizzy drink for water or sparkling water and the waiter refused saying it was not on the offer. We understand that but it would have been nice to accommodate our healthier option. Anyway we moved outside because the aircon was super chilly and too freezing inside, so we sat on the balcony which was too hot but we chose sweating over freezing. The Milk Cake is an absolute WINNER!!! the taste, texture, milkiness is just Awardwinning. If you crave homemade cake like your nans made, then this is it! We had the Lotus Cake version and it was superb! Overall a great place to visit, I’ll be back again soon!

Aesthetic cafe with cozy atmosphere with excellent service Lotus Milk cake was so yummy!!💗 I loved Red Velvet Cafe Latte , served hot with whipped cream , if you love coffee definetely this will be your must try list!! Passion Fruit mojito was sour and too cold, didn't like it much , otherwise its okay , and ofc the price is expensive, good to go with group of friends!! Perfect spot to click pictures in solo, friends, colleagues and family.🫶
