Mid-quality building newly opened in the first quarter of 2023. The rent and sale price are slightly more expensive than other buildings in the area but still relatively cheap. The interiors look good but I'm not sure about the quality of the finishing as the exterior lighting on facades is faulty since the opening. It's shameful that nobody took care of it. It feels like the maintenance is not a priority there. Also, it's so sad that there isn't any sofa or armchair at the entrance and the security guard hasn't a proper workstation but a chair and a coffee table.

Good quality building good amenities but not finished fully. You can see the work in progress in lifts and in lobby
