9 floors building. 236 Residential flats having 1 Bed room, 2 Bed room & 3 Bed Room, Swimming pool and GYM (Male and Female), 5 retail spaces in ground level having grocery and pharmacy, Function hall, Reception and lobby spaces in ground floor

It's a very good building with meny amenities like a swimming pool with jacuzzi sauna and steam bath and then there's table tennis fooseball and snooker then there's a private place where you can host parties

DURAR 1 place was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! Apartment is too spacious and chiller free. You cannot find any chiller free building in Dubai land. Ample of aemenities in apartment such as Swimming pool, gymnasium, jacuzzi, steam and sauna. Good to stay here with family.
