was meant to be completed in december 2021 is now sept 2022 and still not open big delays on project. its usual in dubia but the developers should announce that they have delayed

This project contains two towers for a hotel and luxury apartments . It is still under construction and hotel will be open to public by one year. People can pre buy apartments these days
