Very bad experience. Absolutely not recommended. We booked this hotel last week, and from the very first day we encountered serious problems: – water in the shower and sink did not drain properly — everything was flooded; – the kitchen also had drainage issues; – all the plumbing was in terrible condition. Our client was shocked by the condition of the room. Due to the extreme discomfort, he stayed only one night and checked out the very next day. This is completely unacceptable. We expect hotels listed on Booking.com to meet at least basic hygiene and comfort standards. In this case, the service was far below any reasonable expectations. We demand that the hotel management and Booking.com take this complaint seriously and consider a refund. This is not the kind of service we are paying for.

I came to move into my apartment, only to find that my designated parking spot was being used by someone else.. When I asked the security and management who was using it, they said: “He’s been parking there for a while, so it’s his.. I showed them my title deed clearly proving that the parking belongs to my unit.. They didn’t care. I explained that the previous tenant had lost the access card, and I’m waiting for THEIR engineer to issue me a new one. Still no engineer showed up, and they are refusing to let me park in my own space. This is not just mismanagement , it’s pure negligence.. The level of incompetence and disrespect is shocking.. If this is how they treat owners, I can only imagine what tenants go through Terrible experience

Very bad experience as a Delivery driver. They send for deliver to the ramp to p floor. We used ramp what is a risk by walk bcoz that's the car ramp.
