This is an amazing place to live, with a welcoming community and friendly neighbors. The pool is truly special, and the facilities are amazing including bbq pits, gym, sauna, steam room, party hall, kids play area, games room with pool tables, and even a squash court.

Resortz by Danube in Arjan is a beautiful and peaceful place to live. The green landscape around the building is really well kept, and it’s nice to hear birds singing in the morning. The pool is big and clean, perfect for relaxing or swimming. The apartments come fully furnished and feel very comfortable. There’s also a gym, kids’ play area, and BBQ spot. It’s close to Miracle Garden and easy to get to main roads. A great place for families or anyone looking for a calm, green environment!

Resortz Residence feels like a vacation every day! The greenery, large pool, and relaxing atmosphere make it better than staying at a hotel or resort. Everything you need to unwind is right here. Highly recommended!

I regret so bad staying here and now im stuck for one year.Kids make a lot of noise in the corridor,they jump scream sing in an out throught the day everyday.as someone with flexible shifts i wake up startled and when i try to sleep again it happens again.I spoke to security few times nothing changed.can't wait to move out.Till then i hope they put a notice in the lift to remind everyone to be considerate as we live together in one building and we need to respect each other(corridors are not the place for loud noises)
