Been staying in the building since 2021 and sadly the quality of stay is deteriorating. Poorly managed by the facilities management company Startum. Tiny gym, poor gym equipment, perpetually faulty treadmills. Alarm system installed in the building is absolutely pathetic as it keeping ringing at odd hours for no reason. No communication between owners and building management which caused major miscommunication related to cooling. For the amount of service charge they take, no service is provided. Simplest of maintenance issues have to be paid that just not justify the service fees they take. Very quick to discontinue your services if you delay in making service fees but quite laid back when it comes to carrying out maintenances. Walls started developing big cracks in less than 2 years and the paint quality is very inferior. All in all, a very substandard place for the price you pay for an apartment. Cant wait to move out!!! Such a shame as the location and premises are quite nice.

Worst place to live/buy. Poor maintenance. Alarm rings all the time for no reason (middles of the night, early in the morning). Flats are full of dust (from AC) and AC maintenance takes days to get it done and once done dust reappears the next day. Small in area to live, small gym and pool is closed half of the year. Don’t recommend going through the agent named Sami, promises a lot but delivers nothing and never responds when needed.

This building fire alarm system it's absolutely a joke, EVERY day, morning afternoon, evening and night 🔥 alarms goes on. I don't smoke or cook and my apartment smoke detector goes on olmost every day. What will happen if a real fire? No-one will listen, no-one will evacuate. Can't wait to leave.

Not worth a penny Maintenance is really poor, don’t be fooled by the outside … full of ants and u can’t get rid of no matter what u do or clean, dirty pool most of the time . Small gym. Poor wall and paint that in less then a 6 month I started having paint scratches. The pool is super dirty and green .closed most of the time

Fire alarm goes on for no reason in the middle of the night at least twice a week. It’s absurd. Walls are developing cracks.
