I bit noisy from Autodrome and E311, but bearable. Building management is among the worst, hard ti get in touch with if you have any issue with your apartment. Also lift system is weird and can be slow sometimes. But overall, good value for money

I completely agree with the previous review, please call professional workers, the floor near the jacuzzi becomes even worse after cleaning, it just rubs dirt and bird shit!

The building is 36 floors with 4 floors of car parking, they have studio, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, the nice thing is that the property includes some amenities like (gym, swimming pool, party hall with bbq area) which are free for investors or people living there..each apartment is entitled with one car parking only, there is service charge, chilled water expenses extra to be paid

i always face problems with the security team , they need to bring professional people those are really useless , also they need to take care of cleaning more the common areas and the parking and the elevators ! after 4 years this year is the worst ever.
