DO NOT MOVE IN THIS BUILDING. AND DO NOT BUY APARTMENTS HERE. All the guards here are inadequate people. I will write a report to the management company and to the head office of danube in these names. You are being followed, followed. If suddenly it doesn't work or you forgot the card, they won't let you into the building, and if you go for someone, they will stand in front of you, block the road and say "get out until there is no card." In the pool, the lifeguard will not let you out while you have WET SLATES and will block the exit, no matter if you have your own business. Here they fine everyone and for everything, for every movement. Almost all of my neighbors have penalties on their doors for: dirty car, leaked oil in the parking lot (wipe it yourself or there will be a second fine). Huge fines will be imposed on you at the first opportunity. The guards are rude and talk terribly, with such an attitude and no respect, let them return to their countries, and do not go patrolling the building as a presidential guard.

The building is great in an otherwise new neighborhood that's still being developed. The apartment, fixtures, appliances, elevators are of good quality. The infinity swimming pool with a view of the Miracle Garden and Burj Khalifa in the distance is unreal, probably beats many 5 star hotels! My only gripe is the gym that is very tiny and some quality issues with the paint (but this I've seen in other high rises too).

The building is 36 floors with 4 floors of car parking, they have studio, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, the nice thing is that the property includes some amenities like (gym, swimming pool, party hall with bbq area) which are free for investors or people living there..each apartment is entitled with one car parking only, there is service charge, chilled water expenses extra to be paid

The alarm keeps ringing in the night, past midnight, in the day. If someone's alarm goes off it goes off in all of the building. They had fixed it but now it's been a month back to the same old nightmare.

This building has its plusses and minuses. The good--it's got a great design and facilities--a large podium terrace with walking paths, trees, grass, gardens, gazebos, paddle tennis court, etc. is quite beautiful, really amazing for a singular apartment tower. Pool, gym, lobby, interior designs, etc. also quite good. Less good is a parking structure which is very difficult to navigate and often has problems with its access gates. A real minus is the lift system, ultra high-tech, which translates into being almost unusable. You're expected to fish out and scan your Emirates ID on a key pad every single time you want to use the lift. Your Emirates ID!! If you don't have it with you, then you have to fiddle with a key pad and "secret code" to get access. The Emirates ID requirement is shear lunacy, so in practice everyone has to use the secret code which totally negates whatever security the system is supposed to provide. The end result is that using the lift becomes a daily, repeated reminder of why you wish you weren't living in this tower. The worse thing, however, is that the building management is outsourced to a company called Stratum, who have no representative onsite and are reticent to interact with residents. You can't get any help with any issue unless Stratum is contacted. Some people complain about security and reception but they are victims as much as the residents for having to have every matter big or small go through an off-site and basically customer unfriendly service provider. In conclusion, it's quite nice building but residing here is made rather uncomfortable by the reliance on bad tech and the outsourcing of management.
